"We had a grey stay overall. Good beds, clean room and spacious. The challenges were water took 5 minute to get warm in shower and the location was not the best. The staff were great!! If you need to be downtown Everett - great choice!"

"Tidy comfortable room with a little kitchenette. This was the perfect place to seek refuge after our girls camping trip got rained out. We loved the fact that the room had a stove and fridge so we could meal prep and eat in. We also loved the hot tub where we warmed our bones. Super helpful and friendly check in process too. Went to desk and they gave us a room on courtyard side that was quiet. Great breakfast. The coffee was horrible and not available during the day in lobby. "It was a nice experience due to the staff and the pricing. The confusing wifi situation was easily resolved making a call to the front office but providing that on paper would have been nice. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The tv wasnt a new smart tv unfortunately so i couldn't Screencast which I wanted to because the cable had limited channels. The shower was old and stained which made the bathroom feel unclean. Make sure to bring your own soap and sponges for the kitchen as I believe previous guests swiped them or staff didn't put them out. The kitchen utensils were plastic, so that was odd. "
