"We only had a very short stay but found the property to be a beautiful old farmhouse with fantastic old features, lovely open fire with plenty of logs and character. Old worn stairs, exposed wooden beams and not a right angle in the place ! Nice and quiet and well out the way. Doggy was very welcome as well."

"We had a wonderful time with a group of young people at the start of a 26 week employability and life skills programme. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is at the heart of the property and we could all sit around the table to eat our meals.The location is great for walks and the garden good for exploring. A fabulous time was had by all."

Short walk into town plus a good base to set out from to enjoy northern Wales. "This was a great spot for exploring local areas of interest and visiting friends just across the border. A day excursion by car to the spectacular Shropshire Hills completed my stay. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my travelling companion Lenny the greyhound. He had the run of the garden and the field beyond for morning zoomies.
