The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Gia was very attentive and responsive to all our messages."

"We loved the property. It was the perfect place for 2 people. The outdoor seating was so peaceful especially during the rain. We liked the outdoor shower after our daily beach excursions so no sand was brought in the cottage! Air conditioning was nice when we had been in the heat. We would love to stay here again!"

"The owner was very communicative and flexible with our group. The house is more of a downtown home and you will need to take a taxi to the southern part of the island to get the super good beaches. It had a wonderful small beach within walking distance as well. Extra blankets and towels with chairs. It had everything we needed and more. We brought a bunch of food from the main land. There is literally a grocery store next door that’s reasonable. I wouldn’t take more than snacks. Wonderful stay!!...

This property is at the top of a good size hill and over the wall of the porch is your stunning view of the nature preserve (vast area) with an ocean view in the distance. "An amazing view with an amazing home. The property feels private and secluded since it’s tucked away on its own land. "Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired. Since we didn't care and the repair man was off island we just left it to do later. We enjoyed the roosters and peacocks and the privacy. It was a short distance to go to Esperanza, which was convenient to the bioluminescent bay. Thank you"
