This is our favorite rental and we have stayed here between one and three times a year since 2021. The owner has thought of everything because he used to live onsite . The main house is where we always place people traveling with children and it has two suites on the middle level , a well stocked kitchen on the main level and a roof top upper level for people who want to enjoy the view . The ADU ( owners suite ), pool cabana and three pool suites complete the compound and everyone has privacy. The walkable boardwalk has some of the island 's best restaurants and coconut beach is an easy walk from the home . Some of our best vacation memories occurred here and we can't wait to come back and make more

Great home rental for larger groups and families. The contact for the home is very helpful and responsive! The each room has bed, restroom and shower, another in the living room, top deck of main house and one next to pool. House is stocked with every amenities you could ask for. They do not advertise but house had beach chairs, random snorkel equipment, coolers, boogie boards and a paddle board. Also if you have never experienced coqui frogs thes little frogs are so loud! We loved them and with a flashlight and sime patience you can find them sitting in small leaves. Also constant roosters crowing all morning and day.

What can we say about our gracious thoughtful host and this amazing property . It is thoughtfully stocked with anything and everything you will needFor the week . The grounds are immaculate and offer edible . Easy walk to the restaurants in Esperanza. Pool and grounds are maintained daily . We always look forward to our next return . Gorgeous property!

This a great rental for a large group. Everyone has their own bathroom and there is plenty of room for relaxing. The view from the top floor is 360 and you can see the ocean. Property manager was responsive and check out was easy. AC was nice and cool.

Absolute paradise

This place was top notch, the details blew us away from the architecture to the amazing gardens, outdoor lighting and the outdoor bar. The views from the balcony were stunning. We chilled out poolside and cooked from the garden everyday.

The property is beautiful, with many provided amenities. The AC worked great, beds, towels and pillows all in great condition, plenty of dishes for indoor and out, option to rent a car on site, lots of pool floats, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Location offered great views, ample space for groups as well as ability to walk to town. Best Stay Ever

La Casona Blanca was our own personal retreat complete with pool, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, laundry, spacious bedrooms etc., in a beautiful setting surrounded by native plants and flowers! The property was very clean and well cared for. Our gracious host Charles quickly responded to all questions and offered a vehicle for us to rent which made our island excursions possible. We could not have been happier! Best stay ever!

Great experience

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. It was a mini-resort with all the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The majority of the bedrooms had an outside entrance. The grounds were very well maintained and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/bar. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. While the house was walkable to downtown Esperanza, we drove most of the time. Location was central to downtown and all the beaches. Everything was within 20 minutes. Grocery store 2 min drive. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Our magical home away from home twice a year

We love walkable areas for shopping and restaurants and this location is the best. This is great place to stay with family in main home and guests in the apartments around the pool in this meticulously maintained compound . Great pool and we get to walk to our favorite restaurants on the island . There are several hidden beaches an easy walk down the hill. I am Taxi +1 (787) 909-4921 Is always ontime and can take you to places outside of walkable range ( Tin Box ).

Relaxing Vacarion

This wasn’t our first time to stay here . Everything advertised and then more at this lovely home and group of apartments . It’s a nice walk to many of the island’s best restaurants, cocal beach and black sand beach . The owner / host , Charles , is wonderfully responsive and generous . Looking forward to oir bext stay .

Family Fun

The property is beautiful and had just enough rooms for a family of 7. Food vendors are in walking distance of the property. We had the opportunity to tour some of Vieques but weren’t able to tour San Juan and do some activities due to the rainy weather. However, overall the trip was definitely a success, pure relaxation and family love.
