There are no blackout blinds, so bring an eye mask! Double glazing reduces the noise, but you’ll need ear plugs if sleeping with windows open. "This historic cottage was just what I was looking for: charming setting, clean home, friendly and responsive host, and easy access to restaurants and pubs nearby as well as public transportation. We toured the surrounding area (Oxford, Avebury, Cotswalds) and loved returning to our quiet little house at the end of the day. Wheatley was a great village.
