"The staff was friendly and understanding. The property was welcoming of families. Our family of 5 was well accommodated in what was a spacious unit of rooms (bedroom bathroom kitchen dining area lounge area / second bedroom with the pull-out sofa bed). The breakfast had a wide selection of standard fare. The amenities in our room were superb (iron, kettle, large fridge, oven, stovetop, pots/pans, dinnerware, cutlery, dish drying rack, computer). The location was quite central. Decor is outdated, but not a dealbreaker -- that's for sure. Everything was clean. Great bang for our buck. "

"The hotel restaurant was amazing food and the hotel has very comfortable beds! They serviced our room everyday and was a 7 minute walk from all the parliment! Shopping centre is only a 10 minute walk which was awesome !"

"The hotel is very central, 2-3 minutes walk to CF Rideau Centre. It is at walking distance from the Parliament Hill. Tons of food and shopping options. The front desk staff were friendly. Good room service. The large pool was a plus. We'll definitely prefer to stay here again when visiting Ottawa. "
