Excellent location. Great dining options and a supermarket in the area. Average buffet breakfast. I find some hazards in the bathroom i.e., step down in entry and no handle bar to aid from stepping out of the deep tub.

An absolutely nice place! Very walkable distance from Fukushima Station on JR line, as it is next door, and very well insulated, as you can't hear the trains! The staff was very friendly, and the onsite restaurant was awesome. This is a place that i woukd absolutely return to on another visit to Osaka!

It was convenient to be close to the Fukushima station which is connected to Osaka station. I thought it would be loud because it’s literally in front of the metro station but it’s not bad at all. It doesn’t run overnight so it’s quiet at night. There’s a convenient store very close by so it was good location if you needed something. Staff were nice.

Very close to railroad station and the station agency was very helpful. For this price, it was a good hotel. Could not use the self laundry since it had a long line waiting for. Plus, the dryer were not working properly. There were so many restaurants around it. Also, it had 7-11 next to rail road station, so when you walked to railroad station, you would pass 7-11. Everything is in walking distance. The facility was little old but it is clean and not bad to stay.

Best place we stayed in Japan. Awesome staff with great breakfast. Dining across the street from hotel was most vegan street in Osaka. Mexican, sushi, ramen, Italian - all supported vegan meals. Right on the O line loop for Osaka so 2 blocks and you have access to Kyoto, Nara, and a bunch of other cool citiies.
