“Highly recommended however beware of the additional charges”

Just a short stroll to Osaka Station, Hilton Osaka is ideally situated. The staff are generally helpful and speak fairly good english for a place where english is a second language. Rooms are large for Japanese standards and very clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The only gripe would be the excessive add ons, ie: laundry, internet, gym etc. Could not find a coin laundry around so had to use laundry service which was charged per item. A pair of trousers costing 1000yen, t-shirt 450yen etc. Soon adds up!!! Got a good deal which included the buffet breakfast so overall would highly recommend Hilton Osaka but be weary of the additional charges.

Outback Steakhouse only 5 minutes walk. Great service and excellent meals at a price comparatable with Australia

“Great Hotel!”

This hotel is right above a subway station and across the street from the JR train station. There are several places nearby to eat. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel probably doesn't need another great review, but I thought being a loyal user to expedia, I might add in my two cents too. The staff was great and treated my sister and I with patience and respect even though we looked like a couple of two teenage travellers among the hotel's obviously older clientele. Our breakfasts came included with our room rate and I have to say, the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel. Location is great, only minutes away from the subway and JR line. The best part is these subway lines are accessible by underground.

Traveller's tip
There are really only 2 areas to stay in when in Osaka: Osaka Station area (where the Hilton is located) or Shinsaibashi/Dontonburi. For first time travellers, it might be better to stay in these two areas only.

“Perfect location”

Osaka Hilton is the best hotel to stay for someone who want to travel to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. The service and comfort couldn't be better.

“Friendly and helpful staff. Quick and efficient service, Highly recommended.”

Fantastic location i.e. right opposite to Osaka Station, the gateway to numerous subway trips. Felt at home at the hotel. Great comfort and efficient service at all times. Can't wait to check-in again !!!

Learn basic Japanese and make your own way to places of interest via subway. Great savings, good challenge, guaranteed satisfaction!

“Great hotel, great location, speaks English quite well”

Great location and service. English speaking staff is prevalent and quite helpful. Easy to find, right next to airport bus to ITM airport.
