Pros: Unfortunately nothing
Cons: We had free brackfast included, but all they got were some cheap pastries, cereals and fruits (apples and oranges). Very disappointing!
Location: The hotel was right next to a highway, but close to Disney's Magic Kingdom and all the other attractions.
The Hotel was pretty old and used. Not really clean and tidy. If you don't have such high standards, you'll be fine.

Worst hotel in the down town

No greeting or welcome at the counter . Rooms are stinky and hairs on bed blanket . I had 3 rooms and none of us can sleep whole night if they offer me free I will never go that hotel any more and I will never use expedia.com in the future because you represent thouse hotel which is garbage .

It was nasty n old it smell nasty dirty once u enter thr holtel u can smell its filthyness.nothing like in the pics on expidea...awwful but only stayed that night n spent the rest of the days in a hilton hotel!!!!!!!!

Good hotel. It good for the money. Staff was nice but woke us up sat morning because it was check out day and they wanted to clean the room. It was 3 & 1/2 hours befor check out.... so that's really all that was annoying. Cable was basic and no premium channels. Cheap hotel good for a crash pad.

very bad experience about this hotel. The room was smell moldy! Dirty old carpet. I stayed for 2 nights, I can't stand it to get out frm this hotel! They don't have housekeeper! first day we came, we asked for extra towel -we waited for an hour- no one bring the towel to our room- we have to go down to the office personally to pick up those towel! The second day we stayed, No Housekeeping came to clean our room! We're out all day! we didn't put any disturb sign on door! We came back late night & we saw our room was stayed the same where we left out in the morning- No housekeeping came to clean our room! we didn't have any fresh towel in our room! we called front desk and complained about their service and one of the night front desk-named; Alex- finally gave us compensation, she said she would give us a refund for 1 night stay cause we didn't get housekeeping clean our room! When the next morning we want to check out and pick up our bill, we found they didn't give us a refund what they suppose to give us for 1 night stay refund, instead they only give us a $10 refund for resort fee! What a scam! so I asked for the Manager why we didn't get a refund which we told by night front desk lady that she would give 1 night stay refund-Not $10 resort fee! I told to manager how very bad this hotel svc. This Manager didn't want to hear our complaint -want us to leave -he was very Rude to us! Not professional at all how to handle customer. Very bad experience! Bad hotel! Bad Manager!

Distance from lobby to room was very big.Was enough beds for all 4 guest.But.... Everything was very old.Sink filled with water very quick,when you wash your hand or face....Fridge was working with big noise.Beside no really free breakfast at all!For additional $5 they offer you omelet and etc.We run from this comfort! Please,Expedia ! Do not ever offer this hotel to anyone!
