"This hotel was a delicious find in a park behind Boboli Gardens. The rooms are spacious and the elegant decor gave a feeling of old world grandeur. The staff went out of their way to help make our stay comfortable. Iuliana in reception was so amazing and kind to my parents. Will be back for sure."

"I had to find a last-minute place to stay given a meeting nearby and then a hotel surprised me With its beautiful Terrace and a room with a view across the Arno river. Extremely friendly and accommodating service. A beautiful breakfast buffet that was included with pastries, the fabulous cappuccino machine and the freshest fruit. "

"There was a bat living in the rafters. The ceilings are high and we could not get it out. Owner did nothing to remove it and will not refund us. She put us in another hotel (that is nearly $200 less a night because it had no view and was the size of a closet) and refuses to refund us the difference. A previous review shows she did the same thing to another couple. She pretends the back up hotel (Hotel Centro) is that of a friend but our receipt shows it is owned and managed by the same company....
