Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"A wonderful cosy cottage near Kinross. The cottage was well equipped with very comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed meeting the owners who were very kind and friendly. Lots to see and do in the area. Easy access to Perth or Edinburgh by train or bus.We enjoyed the outside patio with lovely views of tranquil farmland."

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."

"We stayed for a week during the Fringe Festival. The cottage provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay at a good price. It is a good base, both for getting into Edinburgh and for exploring the Fife area. There are some beautiful areas on the costal routes."

"My husband and I stayed two nights at this sweet oasis while we toured the sites of Edinburgh, Stirling Castle and Falkland Palace. Dawn provided nice quality toiletries, a well-stocked kitchen, excellent hot water pressure, and a very comfortable bed. She greeted us warmly and gave excellent recommendations for places to go in town. (There is a fabulous wood fired pizza take-out place called Casanova and several other restaurants.
