"Eden Locke is well situated to go to old town as well as further away if you need to use publick transport. Our room was confortable and clean, but the mattress was a bit uncomfortable (slight dip in the center). Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"It's a great little apartment, although facilities were quite old, they had everything. Service and Location was great! Walkable distance to Edinburgh castle, royal mile and Victoria street. We parked our car at the hotels designated carpark."

"What a wonderful place! The building (a crescent) was beautiful. The apartment was very comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful. It’s a decent walk to Princes Street… just over the Dean Bridge on the edge of Dean Village (a must-see). We will definitely return. Highly recommended!!!"

"Staying at a location like this really made a once in a lifetime trip even more special. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Came with all of the amenities you can need—and the location was so nice. Managing to be nestled between old town and new town—a quiet space overlooking a gorgeous garden. Close to shops and some incredible dining—and truly steps away from public transit. The staff were always friendly and engaging and prompt in assisting with any of our needs. We will absolutely keep Sonder on...

"I would have given them 5 stars but staff was not clear about check out time . Nor was it posted anywhere visible about the time to check out . We ended up having to rush back to hotel and clear room because we exceeded check out time. "

"Great location right off the Royal Mile and close to tons of shops, restaurants, and landmarks. Tesco is right around the corner which is also convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, which check in and out taking only a few minutes. Our only complaint was that the Wi-Fi connection is extremely spotty, but other than that a good place for the money. "
