"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"We absolutely loved staying in the Captain's Cabin. Bourton on the Water is in a great location for day trips, but we had to pull ourselves away from this adorable and bustling little village. Location of the Captain's Cabin is quiet and peaceful, but just a two minute walk to all that Bourton on the Water has to offer! We loved ending our days cuddling up by the fire and had the best sleep in the charming and comfortable bedroom. "

"This is a fantastic property in a picturesque, story book town in the Cotswolds. "The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "The cottage was absolutely perfect for our party of 12 & our host mrs joyce was absolutely lovley. Check in & out was very easy and the property itself very easy to find even though its out in the beautiful countryside . The cottage was spacious and clean & we were all adequately accomodated the children were happy playing in the games room & the pool the house is ideal for a relaxing get-away every one really enjoyed thier stay we will definitely book again. Good quality bedding and towels. Chipping Norton has everything needed for a short stay-shops, good pubs (particularly the Blue Boar), a lido in summer and little cinema. Visited the Cotswolds Wildlife park but queue was far too long To get in so went to Batsford Arboretum instead which was perfect for a long dog walk. Also...

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Nice smart hotel, very clean. Easy check in/out process. Great parking, plenty of spaces, onsite and only £6 per night which is very reasonable. We had a room for 3 of us - that bathroom door is opaque glass and situated directly onto where the beds were so when anyone used the bathroom in the night the ight came straight through the glass door and illuminated the room - this would be better as a solid door to block the light. Other than this, we had a nice stay for one night here"

"This was a wonderful place! We stayed 3 nights. We had booked into a cell room. The first night, because windows can't be opened, and no AC (listed building, so can't make those changes apparantly) my husband had some clostrophobic feelings overnight. I told reception, and they very kindly were able to change our room, which had AC and able to open balcony door. Food was excellent, we stayed on half board and would really recommend this option! "
