"If you get a room facing the back of the hotel, the trash collectors make a lot of noise really early in the morning, and the toilets flush REALLY loud, you can hear your neighbor flushing and closing doors all night long. Didn't get very good sleep. The gap in the door is big enough you can see light ftom the hallway which makes you also hear the people coming in, not noise proof enough."

"The rooms were excellent, but the common areas not so much. The hot tub (the reason we chose this property) was out of order; a front desk clerk had to always open the fitness room door because the key opener was malfunctioning; and the entire juice machine at breakfast was not working. This hotel could be exceptional with a little TLC."
