"One night stay in Manchester. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Asked if we could leave our luggage until check in time and they said they could check us in early if our room was ready. Not only could we check in early but our room was upgraded to an Executive room with a complimentary drink at the bar. Throughout the rest of our stay every member of staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast buffet were amazing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. "
