Decent, cheap, clean, basic hotel

Posted 28-Apr-2015
Clean and bright room, a short walk from the city centre and to be honest that was best. The city centre over the weekend was busy and bustling so having a hotel a little out of the centre meant the hotel was peaceful and quiet

Reasonably close to the Railway Station

Posted 24-Apr-2015
Pros: Surprisingly quiet (on main road).
Cons: You get what you pay for. Our family stayed at the nearby Premier Inn (fully booked) and that seemed to hit the spot better.
Modest standard hotel requiring capital investment for refurbishment.

Hotel appears to have had a facelift but the tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked! Pity as its a nice place.

Great value for money

Posted 18-Apr-2015
Pros: The breakfast buffet was excellent for all tastes, cooked, healthy or light!
Cons: The room was spacious but probably a little in need of a refresh. Very comfy bed!
Location: It is just outside the city walls, so it was easy to walk into town. The nearest attraction was the National Railway Museum other than the city walls
The parking was a bit crowded but necessary. We thought that for what we paid, it was excellent value. All of the staff were pleasant, cheerful, and helpful.

Near to city walls, good location

Posted 02-Apr-2015
Pros: Location convenient for city: 10 mins walk to centre.
Cons: All the above.
Location: Great historic City; suitable for all
Room in need of decorating, poor standard of cleaning and some basics such as a hand towel and bathroom glasses missing despite requests. Quite noisy due to paper thin walls. Plus side: bed comfortable.

平均的なビジネスホテル

Posted 22-Mar-2015
Pros: 駅から徒歩圏内。
Cons: 備品をもっと充実して欲しい。
Location: シティセンターまで、歩いていかれます。
部屋は広くて清潔でしたが、最低限の備品しかありまでんでした。 朝食なしでこの値段は高いと思います。
