"We really enjoyed our stay at The Alamo! The service was superb. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was amazing! "
"Very spacious, comfortable room. Loved the architecture and decorations. Safe, walkable neighborhood for after dinner strolls. The food is amazing. Had both breakfast and dinner, butternut squash risotto was out of this world. "
"The Ambassador Hotel is a gem and the front desk gentleman was helpful and kind. We had to leave early in the morning a few minutes after the dining room opened for breakfast. He took our order the night before and had it ready for us before the Taxi arrived. The location is beautiful and close to many restaurants and the botanical gardens and a pretty walk along the river. It was far from the city center though. "
"Clean and comfortable.
Its a budget hotel/guest house so there are no frills but its great for an overnight stay .
Breakfast is inexpensive and the staff are friendly/welcoming "
"Great for food in the evening because you are close to local shops and cafes/ restaurants also subway stop. Windows don’t open. So much dust on radiators and sink dirty. Bad smell in room. Parking is based on first come based only. Reception man upon arrival was fantastic extremely nice and helpful. Night lady with short light hair on reception was very rude and snappy. Terrance used for smokers - most often harsh substances that you can really smell. "
"Good no frills stay in an awesome part of town. Liz at the front desk was super friendly, that really made the stay for us. Room was clean if a little dated. Slept very well. "
