This is a very lovely B&B in a very nice part of town with the park and great restraunts nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast is just fine. So I want to give this 5 stars overall because of this - it deserves it. Unfortunately though there is significant noise through the evening and late into the night as guests allow their rooms fire doors to slam (soft close fire doors aren't fitted) or are making other noise, and unfortunately residents on the floors above and in neighbouring buildings come and go at all hours with a great deal of noise. It isn't possible to sleep without being woken multiple times. My only other comment, is I'm personally uncomfortable in a B&B where the owner doesn't also live full time. and after reception is closed it's just me and all the other guests. I recognise this is common practice these days but I think it is has some draw backs and is unlikely to be something i'll do again.
