The fresh bread was a wonderful touch. I will definitely be recommending this place to others going to Glasgow. "

"We booked this flat because we were needing to stay near family. While it was nice for us to have our own spaces and a living room, the kitchen smelled terrible. There was some sort of leak going on that was causing the floor to be damp, and I suspect that's where the smell was coming from. We ended up closing the door to the kitchen as much as possible. The building was also tired and in need of general cleaning. The flat is on the 4th floor as well, and there was no elevator, so be prepared to...

"The Ambassador Hotel is a gem and the front desk gentleman was helpful and kind. We had to leave early in the morning a few minutes after the dining room opened for breakfast. He took our order the night before and had it ready for us before the Taxi arrived. The location is beautiful and close to many restaurants and the botanical gardens and a pretty walk along the river. It was far from the city center though. "

"Great place to stay in the centre of Glasgow. Clean and cosy. Our room was quite small and we could have done with a comfy chair in the studio. It was good being able to park our car but the car park was difficult to get out of in the morning. "

"The apartment was generally very clean and had everything I could have needed, the downside to that being there wasn't much room in the kitchen for foodstuffs, etc. The parking space is also tiny but my car could just about fit. The area it's in is very central to the west end although not a single delivery driver could find it, even with additional instruction, could help if the above apartment had the street number on since no one noticed the sign for this apartment. There was also ants around...

"Great for food in the evening because you are close to local shops and cafes/ restaurants also subway stop. Windows don’t open. So much dust on radiators and sink dirty. Bad smell in room. Parking is based on first come based only. Reception man upon arrival was fantastic extremely nice and helpful. Night lady with short light hair on reception was very rude and snappy. Terrance used for smokers - most often harsh substances that you can really smell. "
