"I stayed with my wife and our children and it was a fantastic experience. The unit is only a short drive from downtown and there are several places to eat nearby. The unit was extremely well furnished and clean. The host was more than gracious when we left our laptop and tablet offering to overnight it to us. We hope this unit will be available when we return to Houston in the future."

We live close to this area, so we knew it wasn’t the best neighborhood but it was a gated complex so we felt comfortable renting it. "We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us because all the soccer fields we had games at were less than 25 mins to get to. I-45 is less than 5mins away so easy access for us. The place in general is nice quiet and safe because its gated. The host was super accommodating to our needs and that is very much appreciated. Loved the "coziness" of the Cozy place. Very happy with it."

"The condition of the property and the neighborhood are average at best. Sufficient and safe? Yes. However, a bit run down. Describing the apartment complex as a “gated community” is disingenuous, although there is a gate surrounding it. I think the apartment complex puts unrented apartments on VRBO. Linens, pillows, bedding, furniture is all old. No soap. Toilet paper holders and dish washer are broken. Holes in the walls. Overpriced. Not many options in that area of North Houston."
