I booked last minute due to being too sick from food poisoning to travel on my intended departure from Houston International. From the moment I got there I knew I had made the right choice. Perfectly located in the middle of the airport terminals, it had everything I needed to salvage this setback. From the on site laundry to the Pilot supply store, I had everything imaginable, along with two great restaurants. Although the facility is a little older, it is well maintained and the personnel were all great. At check in, Leslie recognized I was well below tip top condition, and was beautiful to deal with in every way. When it came time to check out, Leah was also extremely helpful, and got my boarding passes handled in no time. (They have an on site kiosk)...
Without a doubt my unexpected side trip was the highlight of my trip. I will definitely book there for my next Houston meeting.
A great place to chill after being out of the US and traveling in five countries for five weeks! This is just the place to get my brain together again! Also, GREAT buffet breakfast, have been in 31 countries and have come back to a Houston hotel each time to chill. I certainly wish I had known about this hotel sooner, WOULD HAVE SKIPPED the other ones!!!!!! This is the hotel I will certainly stay in in the future! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!!!
