“First class hotel”

Third visit to New York but first stay at The Peninsula The hotel and location were fabulous, though the view left something to be desired. Although we couldn't fault the service of the hotel and would definitely recommend, the view from The Mandarin Oriental is preferable

“Just loved it - they were really good to us”

We were just there for the weekend and didn't want to leave. The staff were outstanding. Bed, duvet and pillows the best. Breakfast amazing. So convenient and a quiet oasis away from the hub. Just wish we had had more time.

“Great location”

We enjoyed our stay at The Peninsula very much. The location was great for shopping and museums. Great quality mattress and sheets on bed. Room size quite small but bathroom oversized. We will definitely return to stay in this hotel again.

“Excellent Service”

Stayed here for a week in July 2011 and it's easily the best hotel I ever visited. The staff in particular, from the bellhops to the cleaning staff were impeccably helpful, polite and courteous, going out of their way to ensure my visit was as trouble-free as possible. The food at Fives was very good, room service was outstanding and the rooftop Salon de Ning was an excellent spot for an evening cocktail. This hotel is highly recommended.
