“An excellent JFK Airport Hotel”

We needed an hotel close to the airport for the night before an early flight and this was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and a good size and you could get something to eat morning and evening if you needed it. We got the hotel supplied shuttle from the car hire drop off place and then they provided a direct shuttle to our airport terminal the next morning - all at no extra cost. We got the 5.30am shuttle and breakfast was already laid out so you could sit and eat it or grab and go. We would definately stay here again that should say it all.

“Home from Home”

We stayed again for a further night at the end of a road trip. The Hotel really does feel like home from home. From the friendly reception staff, to the helpful airport shuttle drivers to the lady who works so very hard stocking the Breakfast each morning. We even had the General Manager walk around the Breakfast room introducing himself and asking if everything was ok - thats faith in your hotel if you are brave enough to come out of the Office behind the scenes. I highly recommend this hotel - ok its not in an area you can easily walk around, but if you are staing in a JFK hotel thats not the main plan anyway. The Food is good - not complicated - but good. The rooms are nice, the TV has lots of channels and the internet is quick and reliable even in a thunder storm! Breakfast is well stocked, starts very early - and continues until around 10pm. The Lady who works breakfasts is very hard working, and friendly and the stock is always good - she never stops working. The little touches are important, from the Cookies when we returned, to hiring a Taxi as the trasnport was full to downtown, never excuses - just looking for answers - the staff seem empowered to make the right decisions. We will definately use this hotel again.

my partner and i and my two children really enjoyed our stay here, the room was clean,no noise from the motorway that was on the doorstep, the food was really good from the restaurant, we will stay here again.

“Just what you need from an airport hotel”

Exactly what we needed for a one night stay at an airport hotel - shuttle bus was easy to find at Federal Circle, check in was quick and efficient, room comfortable and very clean. And they gave my daughter some of the best cookies we tasted in NY!

“Really Nice and Helpful Staff”

This is the second time we have used this JFK Hotel, we find the staff are really helpful and can't do enough for us. Little things count like the Hotel Shuttle Driver looking out for us, the evening Restuarant Server remembering our drinks the seocnd night. Food is good - if you want fine dining you will need to look elsewhere. The area - is ok, I wouldn't venture out of the hotel at night, but that is true for many places in the UK and no reflection of the hotel which is safe. Use the Shuttle to Ferderal Circle - then Air Tram and Long island Rail Road to get you into downtown New York in about 25 minutes.

“Very Impressed”

We stayed at the Fairfield JFK for 3 nights, used the Shuttle every day to travel to Jamaica Station, and used the Restaurant every night. The Hotelk was everything we needed, staff were friendly (in particular the Front Desk and Shuttle), Room was clean, Flat Screen TV was good, Internet worked well, Breakfast was very good. Hotel is fine for stop off for a few days. Use the Long Island Rail Road to Penn Station - while it is more expensive, it is much quicker and nicer.

I only went there to sleep but it was fine. The staff were friendly and the shuttle was on time. They even had breakfast at 5am!

The reception, bar and restaurant staff were very helpful. The reception area was prone to a build-up of traffic fumes on some days. Air conditioning in our room was provided by a wall mounted fan unit which was not really put to the test as the wheather during our stay was good. We expected a fully ducted system. The room safe was installed just above floor level making it difficult to read the instructions. Internet access provided was much apreciated. Our stay was trouble free and pleasant.
