You put us in the worst room in the hotel. C02 in the basement with the mechanical room for the elevator 5 feet from my head while I’m trying to sleep. The hotel was empty when we checked in, I am going to assume it was the Expedia guest room. You did move us to the 5th floor at 1:30am which was nice. But the keys you sent us with didn’t work. Fast forward to breakfast. First question is who cooked the bacon and what did they do to you? Second question is who like the option of only diet cream cheese. Pancake station out of order. Tough luck. At over $400/night this place is a joke tucked back in the armpit of town.

Friendly, curtious staff who were very hepful. Excellent breakfast service. Parking is limited, but if you get there early enough, there are many spaces available. Great stay, would stay there again.
