The staff had really nasty attitudes. My guest wasn’t allowed to wait in the building , not even the lobby. He was told he had to wait in the parking lot. The showers were FILTHY. There’s one ironing board in the whole building and it was chained up like if it was on house arrest! Not a good experience AT ALL!
