"Excellent location in the historic heart of Chester. Spacious room, very comfortable and quiet. Wonderfully welcoming and very helpful receptionist who recommended restaurants and things to do. It’s always great to receive standout service, so thank you! The only very slight drawback with the room was that the shower was located over the bath rather than being separate. That said, lovely to have a bath in the room too. Excellent Elemis products also. Breakfast service was a little slow even though I went at a pre-booked time and it was quiet. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and plan to return. "

"I can't speak more highly of my stay at Hotel Indigo. I went for 2 nights with my daughter. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty with lots of vegetarian options."
