"No one at the desk when I arrived to check in, had to wait for some time, door to room didnt latch properly and there were no towels in the room. Had to go ask for towels from the front desk and had to wait again as there never seemed to he anyone there. One of the guys working the front desk spent over 30 minutes washing what appeared to be his own car in front of the hotel. Hotel had the feel of one that USED to be upscale but was sold off and managed poorly, would not stay here again for the price we paid for one night. I will mention they did offer free breakfast included, that we did not partake in so I cannot comment on that."
