“A good stay from start to finish”

Four of us on business stayed at this motel and found it very satisfactory. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. The staff booked a taxi for us for our ride back to the airport and kept our luggage for us until we were finished with the conference we were attending. Fast food was within easy walking distance.

“Convenient in Naperville”

Stayed 6 nights total after retreating from downtown Chicago prices. Worked as a good base for business and family visits in the area. No problems that were not promptly addressed.

Great place for the money but ladies bring your hair dryer. Also gent's don't ook for an iron to press your shirt and slacks.

This hotel, Best Western Naperville Inn, is what I would call a "good" average hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, tending to all our needs. The room we checked into had a strong chemical smell, apparently from spray used to overcome newly painted interior, but when we spoke to the front desk about it they readily moved us down the hall to another identical room, which was very satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, although the space is a bit crowded. The waffle maker was well used. Coffee, juice, cold cereals, fruit and pastries completed the breakfast menu. All in all a good experience for the three nights we stayed there.

Only in town for a funeral, my time at the Best Western Naperville Inn was limited. I booked 2 King rooms for one night, one for myself and one for my parents. Given our short stay, we didn't check out the fitness room, have no idea if there was a pool, etc. What I can tell you is this: the hotel was easy to find. The desk staff were kind, courteous, and informative. Both rooms were spacious for the price, clean, had comfortable beds with clean bedding and plenty of towels. The rooms also came with irons/ironing boards, safe, refrigerators and microwaves, even though we had not requested/ had no time to make use of them. I only ducked into the breakfast area for juice, since we were headed out to breakfast (the desk staff gave us easy directions to a Panera nearby). The breakfast nook did seem a bit small and crowded, but I was able to get what little I needed quickly. I had no complaints. Both of my parents use CPAP machines to help them breathe overnight, and they mentioned having trouble finding electrical outlets. It seemed as though the few outlets to be had were already in use, or too far for the CPAP cords to reach. I believe they finally had to run their own extension cord in from the bathroom, but it worked out OK. I had a small struggle when needing to charge my cell phone while still keeping it near the bed, but eventually did find an outlet that met my needs. All in all, a fine place to stay, unless you use medical equipment near the bed.

For what I had to pay I think I got the best possible in terms of comfort, cleanliness, service, as well as available facilities at the hotel. T that location and within that price range I doubt there would be anything comparable.

“Great hotel, easy to get to and very nice staff”

This is a very nice hotel. Served breakfast and it was good. Only problem was our smoke detector was beeping and instead of replacing battery they took the whole thing and never brought it back. That bothered me. Otherwise the staff was so friendly and very helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to others.

What a great deal in expensive Naperville! Hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and businesses. My room even had a refrigerator and microwave.
