“Snowing outside and no double glazing in room. Noisy heating to compensate for no double glazing.”

Got cold feet from lousy insulation in hotel room. Noisy airconditioning/heating. Dumb stuff in this day and age. Premium convenience position spoiled in winter.

“across the road from O'Hare”

I was booked on the tenth floor overlooking the airport. I liked watching the planes come in. It wasnt noisy and everything else was satifactory. It took me about 5 min to get to the TSA screening in the morning before the flight.

I dropped off a rental car near the airport and the rental car shuttle dropped me off at the front door at the airport Hilton.

“Location is so convenient!”

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would likely return next time I am in need of a hotel near O'Hare. I did have two negative experiences: 1. The hotel room fan was helpful to cut down on airplane noise. However, the fan would not stay on if the temperature in the room matched the heat setting in the room. Ideally, the fan could be kept on regardless of temperature. 2. There was only one desk clerk checking in guests on a Saturday night at 6:30pm, resulting in a healthy +10 minute wait to check in. Additional desk clerks would have shortened my wait and extended my child's patience.

“Traveling with kids- wonderful”

I picked the Hilton because I was traveling with my three children and had a 6:30 am flight. I could not have been more pleased. The bellman went out of his way to help me with my things, give me advice about dinner, get me ice, and give me information about getting my flight in the morning. The restaurant was expensive but I was treated so well and they were great with my three kids (ages 5,3 and 1). The next morning we were met by the doorman who was the bus driver and got us to our terminal in no time. I would do this again next time for sure!

“V ery convenient in transit”

“Convenient location”

The hotel is very convenient for early flights. The room was nice--clean and comfortable. The hotel's public areas were a bit shabby though and in need of a spruce up.

“Excellent Location and Great value”

You can't beat it for convenience for O'hare airport. From leaving my room, through checkin, security and into the lounge took 20 mins. The room was extremely spacious, very comfortable, not at all noisy given it is in the center of the airport. The check in was easy, the staff very helpful giving me directions to my check interminal the following morning. This isn't a hotel to stay in if you are visiting CHicago - it is too far out - but for an easy start to a flight you can't better it. And the pre-paid non-cancellation price was a steal too.

“Fine”

It's a little expensive, but the hotel is fine. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Food was not that good at the sports bar, but it's a sports bar so what do you expect?

“Great place to stay before flying out of O'Hare.”

With an early flight to Cabo San Lucas, we decided to stay at the O'Hare Hilton. The convenience of it being just a short walk to the terminal was the primary reason for booking, but we were very pleased with the ease and courtesy of check-in, and the comfort of the room. The bed was wonderful. While there was some ambient airplane noise, that is to be expected at any location near O'Hare. We ate at the sports bar, expensive but, again, convenient, since we had no access to any of the restaurants in the terminal. We would definitely stay there again.
