“Great value”

Great Price!!! I think there are a few different standards of rooms at this hotel. I went for the lowest priced option. Not the fanciest but for the price it had everything I needed and a pretty convient location. If I can get it for that price again will definately be satying again.

“Excelente service”

Great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the most important was the service at the front desk, they were very helpful.

“Perfect stop in Munich!”

First, about the area. This hotel is conveniently located near the business district, and several subway stops from Odeonsplatz and Marienplatz. The bus in front of the hotel takes you to Studentenstadt subway station on the U6 line. Another subway stop on the same line- Alte Heide - is a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Also, the Lufthansa shuttle bus is 15 to 20-minute walk to Nordfriedhof subway stop (one stop south of Alte Heide). The hotel: good price for a 3 star hotel. The only downside is the breakfast rate: 17 Euros per person. However, there is a cafe inside the supermarket in front of the Alte Heide subway stop, where you can grab a cup of coffee and a sandwich for under 6 Euros.

Area recommendations
Schwabing. Close to city center. Safe and charming area.

“What you see is not necessarily what you get”

The reception area and bar of the hotel were beautiful. Photos shown of the hotel bedroom are not in any way representative of the bedroom I stayed in, which was basic (but clean) to say the least. Air-conditioning wasn't working. I didn't expect to pay for parking in the hotel's private car park but was charged 12 euro for 12 hours. The staff member at reception explained to me that the parking at the front of the hotel (parking on the road) was free but not that in their car park.

“Munich's budget business hotels are alive and well.”

This is a budget hotel with commensurate comfort and service levels. Rooms are very basic but shower and bathroom are OK. Service in the restaurant was dire and there can be few hotels in Germany which have "run out of wine" at 8.30pm. The towaway service at 0530 for illegally parked cars in front of the hotel wqas unexpected and very intrusive. But it was cheap and at a major dicount to other hotels in Schwabing. You get what you pay for.

“Hotel Rilano 24I7 à Munich”

Bon rapport qualité-prix L’hôtel est neuf : chambre complète, très bien décorée et de grand confort Environnement très calme Il faut savoir quand même que l’hôtel est accessible après 10 min à pied de la station de métro la plus proche...et vous accédez au centre de Munich en 10/15min.. Si vous voulez éviter la foule et les prix élevés des hôtels du centre, cet hôtel situé en périphérie vous fera bonne impression!

Area recommendations
Visites très appréciée du Deutsches Museum et Résidenz Museum dans le centre. Promenade au chateau de Nymphenburg en périphérie bien plaisante Shopping au city center Marienplatz

“Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Rilano Hotel in München Parkstadt Schwabing”

Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung, alle Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb eines Kilometers gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten schönes Hotel, sauber, gepflegt, nettes Ambiente. Verbesserungsvorschläge: -Sehr spezielle Gerichte auf der Karte des Restaurants -Mangel an Organisation im Service des Restaurants und an der Hotelbar Auf alle Fälle kann man guten Gewissens dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen

“Schönes Hotel”

Hotel sauber, gute Matratzen, gute Anbindung zur Stadtmitte, freundliches Personal. Frühstück mit 17 € zu teuer. Für 4 Sterne wäre ein Kühlschrank und Tee- und Kaffeekocher angebracht. Im Allgemeinen aber zu empfehlen.

Getting around
Tram 23 bis zur Müncher Freiheit, dann mit U 6 weiter Richtung Stadtmitte.

“Rilano im Dezember”

Sehr schöne Lobby mit ansprechendem Ambiente, gebuchte Zimmer waren sauber, leider etwas veraltet eingerichtet (schätze Ende der 90 er Jahre) Service und Personal waren sehr freundlich. Zur Tram waren es ca. 200 Mtr. und in 7 Minuten ist man an der Münchener Freiheit. Da wir sehr günstig über Expedia gebucht hatten, kann ich diesem Hotel nur eine gute 1 geben, würde ich direkt buchen und den vollen Preis zahlen, wäre es eine 3. Es kommt immer drauf an was man erwartet und was man bezahlt.
