Quite basic hotel, and the breakfast options weren't impressive, so we skipped it. No vegan options. We came for Oktoberfest and oocation was very good for that.

The room was in the front of the Hotel. The noise from the trams and other sounds from the street went on till late at night. And it started early in the morning. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was sufficient. It is very close to the main railway station. Munich Hauptbahnhof.

Great location, just a little walk to Munich central station, many tour buses stop here, if you join tours, it's great for you. The rooms are bigger than most of the economic hotels in Europe. But I found a cockroach in the bathroom, never happens during my so long travel experiences.

The hotel is located on the north side of the central train station. The location is wonderful, 10 to 15 minute walk to Marianplatz and about the same walk to the Octoberfest grounds. Convient trams located right outside hotel. The hotel itself is a little dated and worn but very clean. The staff was very helpful helping us find a laundrymat and helping us store our luggage after check out till our train left in the afternoon. (Elizabeth at the from desk helped us).

Pros: Great location—very close to the HBF, airport bus transit, Marienplatz, and Oktoberfest grounds. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Cons: The room was very basic and small, with no extras such as a coffee maker or A/C. The biggest issue was the noise. The train station and busy street outside were incredibly loud, and without A/C we had to keep the window open. Thankfully, we had earplugs! Overall: A convenient, clean option if location is your priority, but be prepared for a basic room and significant street/train noise.

Outstanding desk staff at checkin. We were very tired from trips from US, to Muchen airport, then by traing tp central station. The female clerk at noon or near this time was very helpful. Being given the little English booklet on Munchen was great. I wanted to thank the cleerk personnally before we left on 19th, but missed doing so. Motel One is in great location for US visitors and all visitors. We will stay again if visiting. We just arrived back in San Francisco, California and Spokane, Washington State today 20 Aug 26. We were in Wien for 2 days before flying back on 19th in afternoon. Really enjoyed the stay, staff and convenience.

Cheap and cheerful(ish). Very central and perfect for train station and airline shuttle buses. Bit noisy as the station is a building site currently. Wi-Fi was also down, and rooms quite hot even in April. OK for a quick stopover.

We had a nice stay here. The staff were very friendly and it was a good price for a Munich hotel. There was a small amount of mould around the window in our (small) room and the shower could have been better, but overall it was a nice enough room and comfortable.
