The lobby has a very fresh smell, which is undoubtedly a diffuser. Unfortunately, the scent that was in our room was quite strong. A suggestion might be to reduce the intensity of the fragrance. "Very quiet spacious room on the 4th floor of an old building (with very cool tiny old elevator). Felt very safe. Nice modern decor. Bed was fine; pillows were flimsy flat rectangles but I was alone so stacked 3 together. No screens in windows and there were mosquitoes, so on my 80 degree day in early April this top floor was really hot and stuffy with no AC, which isn’t active until 4/15. "This was a great option to get an amazing lake view room at a price for middle-class traveler. I really liked being so close to the ferry terminal and the train station. The room was large and uniquely designed, made me feel relaxed. I was worried at first when I saw the construction going on across the street but the windows were soundproofed enough that you could barely hear it.
