The hotel is in a historical building, one block from the lake and docks, lots of stairs, so if accesibility is important, look somewhere else, this is a very charming place to stay, we had a room with lake view (partial), and it was spacious and well decorated, staff very attentive and overall a very nice experience to stay in Como.

This is an outstanding place to stay! The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed. It’s right in the heart of Como by the water but the rooms are above and back from the street, so it’s very quiet. The service was impeccable, too. We will be back!

Boutique Hotel

It is a great gem along the Como lakefront. Surrounded by nice patio restaurants. I recommend it highly for a family of 2 or 3. It’s a bit difficult to find but that’s what makes it charming.

Fabulous spot!

This hotel is wonderful!! Fabulous location (basically on the lake), delightful ambience, great room and bathroom with all the luxuries, easy walkability to restaurants, grocery stores, and Como shopping. The only downside is if you are driving the parking is a bit tricky. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, room décor beautiful and comfortable, architecture and design thoughtful and interesting. Breakfast buffet was sparse, yet what was available was arranged nicely. The lobby has a very fresh smell, which is undoubtedly a diffuser. Unfortunately, the scent that was in our room was quite strong. A suggestion might be to reduce the intensity of the fragrance. Overall this is an extremely well done hotel with many special touches which make you feel pampered!

Love the design and ambience, the details are just amazing, definitely worth the price of the room, it is just gorgeous. I loved it. Highly recommended. I took my family of four with two kids and we got two rooms that were kind of connected and it was really really nice and super luxurious. The walls and all the details, the roof, the bathrooms, the bed all the accessories just a very thoughtful hotel room. It was just very cozy. The bathroom was just so beautiful. There was a hair, straightener, hairdryer, comb comb brush. Hair curler, the service over there is just so thoughtful. The front lady is just so friendly and nice. it was just amazing experience. I wish we had stayed there longer, but we had a very few days in italy. Will be coming in soon.

Place was good but check in and information available was very poor. Advertised as manned reception 7.00 am to 7.00pm not true. We were contacted to ask our checkin time and we said our eta was around 3.00 pm. We were then hassled because we hadn't arrived by 3.00. Our train was delayed. Enough stress travelling in a foreign country without being hassled about checking in at a specific time. The lady responsible for breakfast was lovely and helpful. Checkout was equally disappointing.
