“amazing location...”

The hotel location is excellent, the staffs are very helpful and the room good... They could have a better breakfast..... unfortunately a very serious indeed happened at check in..... they handed me a key of a room occupied... when I opened the door the other guest host started to scream to her husband who was at the restroom..... I would be funny but in my point of view it was a unpleasant fact...

“Great 3 day pre cruise stay”

Air con a little noisy but apart from that the hotel is excellent. Great location, full of life in the day and at night. Staff very helpful. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. Complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day - I had eggs over easy, bacon, toast, country potatoes, fresh orange juice and coffee. Other options such as omelettes are available.

“Marvelous gem in South Beach”

Was extremely pleased with the service, the check-in, the cleanliness of the room, the convenience directly across the park from South Beach. Had previously stayed at a nearby hotel with a similar front, and was expecting a similar experience. But this far surpassed the neighboring hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate. When I asked at the front desk for directions to the ice machine, not only did they direct me, but they offered to get the ice for me and bring it to the room. The breakfast that was included was excellent. More than just a continental breakfast, we were able to order right from the menu!

“What a gem”

Were not expecting too much from this hotel although previous reviews were good as right on South Beach and we knew it would be small but what a gem of a place. It was clean and tidy with a perfectly adequate size room although no fridge and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The added bonuses were the full breakfast sitting outside in the sunshine on the morning we left and the late check out for which they didn't charge, so we were able to spend our last morning on the beach with the beach towels and chairs provided by the hotel. Within walking distance of everywhere so very convenient once car has been taken off for valet parking. Very good value for money all round.

Loved South Beach and pedestrian shopping area. Holocaust memorial worth the walk from South Beach - amazing and very moving

Dining

Brilliant French restaurant Otentic - 710 Washing Avenue. Great food made with fresh ingredients by lovely french chef. If you speak french this is the place to go as staff and management very friendly. This was one of highlights on last night of our month long drive across US from coast to coast.

“Very good but not quite excellent.”

Was a last minute booking as my other accommodation was atrocious so can't be too fussy. Rooms here are fine & service ok. Only two concerns are room is poorly sound-proofed, can hear outside music & adjacent room noise! Also a bit of a walk for good food at the Lincoln Mall.

“Great hotel and location!”

This hotel was perfect. 2 minute walk from the beach and the hotel even provides beach towels and chairs. Rooms were nice and comfy, although the bathroom door is like a frosted window which was a little awkward. The bathroom window also had no curtain so would let a lot of light in but we just hung a beach towel on the door. Breakfast was good, you get a voucher to eat at the place restaurant just outside and can choose from waffles, pancakes, omelettes and cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
