"We stayed now on two occasions on our journeys north & south to Scotland. The bungalow is easily accessible not too far from the A1 & there are good convenience facilities just off the A1 roundabout less than 4 miles from Austerfield. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas & excellent beds & bedding. The location is in a secure park with intriguing deer statues in several places. Well recommended for short or long stays."

"This was a lovely cottage for our Christmas break, perfect for 2 adults and a dog. Maintained to a high standard and catered for all our needs. We'd like to return in Spring/Summer to further explore the area. Owners were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. "A very pleasant flat/apartment for a short to medium stay. The hosts included many of the necessary items (soaps, towels, washing detergent for washing machine and dishwasher etc) and the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cookware. The furniture was comfortable and we didn't find anything lacking during our stay. "Our long weekend at Cosy Cottage was perfect. The owners have gone to so much trouble to make everything comfortable and welcoming. The property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfy and the cottage is warm and well appointed. Location is excellent, both within the village of Tealby itself (walks, tea shop, pub) and more generally, within the Lincolnshire Wolds. "This is the most amazingly thought out and thoughtful bnb my husband and I have ever stayed in with impressive touches like nespresso coffee maker, large supply of towels,food provisions, the list goes on! It is quiet and the upstairs bedroom has a lovely view of the countryside. Nice to have an efficient vacuum cleaner as I like to keep the place clean despite taking our shoes off before moving around the cottage especially important after going on long hikes close by."
