"Our family stayed here for a week while we visited London recently. This was a perfect residence for our family of eight. There was plenty of room for all of us and a spacious dining area for us all to gather. After a long two days of travel it was a pleasant surprise to see snacks and drinks already available in the kitchen. The home was in a location that made it easy to get to all the necessary areas, i.e., public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs! We had a few questions...

"Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again...

"This place was a perfect place for us to stay with our family while visiting London. It was a very short walk to the underground train. We could contact the host if we had questions or need something and they responded quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to use. There was a grocery store also just a short walk. We would stay here again if we come back to London."

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"This is a generously large property in a great location for sight seeing by car, Canterbury, Cambridge, St Albans, Brighton, Colchester, Ipswich even Norwich & Great Yarmouth. "It is a good place for a short stay. It seems some rooms are tiny. I got a small room which is only enough to put a double bed. My advice is to confirm the room size before you book. "
