"Very clean, good-sized room with a comfy bed and the walk-in shower I wanted. You let yourself in using a key pad and find your room key on the reception desk. There are phone numbers to ring if you have problems, but otherwise you only see the staff at breakfast, which is very good indeed. Good value. Reasonably quiet. Recommended."

"Our check in and out excellent - lovely staff. Room quite large. Wardrobe but no drawers to put clothes so had to stay in suitcase. Room clean but a bit tired. Had balcony which had good view of river, but it was rather shabby. We did enjoy our stay and glad we did stay there."
