"Sam is a great host and was so welcoming upon our arrival, making sure that we could settle in properly and know all about the amenities on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Treetops is quirky, clean, well equipped and set in a peaceful location, with lovely views across the neighbouring fields and valley, which can be enjoyed from both the lounge and balcony. The private hot tub just adds to the relaxation on offer to guests, and the bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep....

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Horse & Cart. The staff were very friendly & attentive, food was lovely plus room was very clean. The mattress could have been better but it wasn’t bad. A perfect location for a peaceful stay and not far from the sea. Would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful studio to stay in. The location is excellent with many forest walks on your doorstep. The nearest pub is walkable and Tunbridge Wells just up the road. For an excellent breakfast try the Deer Park Cafe and Fullers farm shop is perfect if you are planning on a BBQ. The space is teeny tiny inside but perfect with a small kitchenette, and all utensils you could need. The bed is a king size and very comfortable. We loved the inside/outside space, lovely and cool in the exceptionally hot...
