  • Immaculately presented two bedroom south facing self catering first floor apartment overlooking the south harbour and enjoying superb water views from every window. Minutes from the beach and Marina entry gates.

    Living/dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room, twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath, with shower. The apartment has WiFi broadband. Lift. Secure entry phone system. Flat screen TV, DVD/CD and radio.

    The Piazza has a private gated entrance and has free allocated and visitor parking.

    The Piazza is the perfect holiday base for couples, families or friends, whether you are seeking to explore the beautiful Sussex coastline, the outstanding local countryside, including Beachy Head and the stunning Seven Sisters, or to explore Eastbourne, or nearby Hastings or Brighton, or if you simply want to spend time relaxing in the tranquil Marina.

    Within the Marina, the Piazza is close to the Marina sea lock and the beach, as well as being just a few minutes stroll from all the attractions and facilities of the marina; including a good selection of bars, cafes and international restaurants, not to mention the Sovereign Harbour Tour Boat. It is also close to a supermarket and range of shops.
