The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!"

"La ubicación del lugar es muy hermoso, muy tranquilo, céntrico de Los Angeles, solo un pequeño detalle que no tiene estacionamiento propio. De 8:00 am a 6:00 pm no pudes estacionarte en esa calle debes pagar un permiso para ello. Eso fue lo que quizas no fue de mi agrado, pero todo bien en los demás."

We also were able to walk too many places for dinner and groceries we felt very secure inside and the parking and gate keys were great. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. "My first visit to Glendale with a pleasant house for 12 days. Very clean. Communication with the managers were good. They always answered within 5 minutes when I needed something. And were also friendly people. The house had the perfect location. All the attractions of Glendale were within 10 minutes of the house. Thank you!"

"Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more."

Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. I think this place has a lot of potential and with it being a new listing I think it will only get better. However, the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! "We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...
