"Great check in process with a door code. Easy communication with owner thru app. Clear directions throughout house. Adorable and well kept condoplex community in Culver City. About 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown/Main Street culver. 15-20 mins by car to Santa Monica, 30 mins to Hollywood. Home has everything you’ll need, including great shower products. Would book again! Only recommendation (if any) would be for an upgrade to the sheets."

"Mimi and her family made our stay wonderful. She met ujs at the apartment and showed myself and family the hot tub and rooms. Good location for Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and other sites. We hope to come back and enjoy this nice apartment."

"This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

"My family and I spent five nights at this property. We were going to stay closer to Santa Monica, but when we saw this place, and it being beach front, we couldn't pass it up. Place is as advertised. Very clean, updated and spacious. Close to anything you need, restaurants, bar, grocery, pharmacy etc. Kitchen and bathroom VERY well stocked with all the little things you don't (or forget to) bring. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions and made checking-in and out very easy."

"We had a short stay but the place was just what we were looking for. Close to downtown dining & shops. It was very clean overall, except for the carpeting in the bedrooms which was old and stained & probably needs to be replaced at this point. It would be 5 stars all around aside from that."

"The host was very responsive with questions while we were preparing for the trip and going through the check-in process. Good location that was a 15-20min walk to the convention center. Front desk was always very friendly and the apartment always felt safe. The pool was cute and clean. Only concern was the apartment didn’t smell the cleanest and some of the bedding didn’t smell very clean when we got there but we just ran it through the washer/dryer that is present in the apartment. "Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)"

"The property was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spa-like. We appreciated the rooftop sofa and coffee table outside, otherwise there wouldn’t have been anywhere to eat the breakfast which we had delivered. There weren’t really many dining options within walking distance, but the main tourist areas were a short drive away. "We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...

You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time!
