"First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. Desk clerk said to pull door tight and push down hard on the handle. Wasn’t a solution. Just kept playing with it until the door handle finally moved. Same issue in the morning after I returned from getting breakfast. Big king bedroom , quiet and dark as you want it to be for sleeping!"
