It was a short walk from the beach. Beautiful garden and very welcoming hosts. It is a basement apartment which kept it cool on hot days. The kitchen had more of a toaster oven than an oven but otherwise was usable with some creativity. The grill was great. Having only one key was tricky but we worked it out. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants and happenings in the area.
