Immaculately clean with wonderful staff. The service was second to none & the proximity to the beach was perfect for my husband who swam everyday in a very clean & warm sea. Don't miss the huge bean bags on the raised decking on the private beach which we loved. None of the balconies attracted any sun as the building is North facing but they did have a roof top terrace complete with two hot tubs which was really a lovely facility. Steam & sauna super. Small heated indoor pool & extensive spa, although we thought the spa prices were high. The cocktail bar is another nice area which we enjoyed most evenings. The building is not really within walking distance of Lindos Village but a taxi was only 8 euros there & bizarrely 6 eruos back. The professional photo's on their website are an exact replica of what you get when you arrive.
"Great location but resturant in need of upgrading"
The hotel is located on a very quiet and peaceful part of the isalnd and is only a short distance from Lindos. I do think the resturant and food options are in need of upgrading if it is to justify a 5* rating.
Built in the traditional Italian way with arches and different levels, with stone and wood, the Lindos Memories hotel …More
We had a week at the Atrium Palace and found from the moment we got off the coach till we were back on the coach the staff were outstanding in their service. There is a main pool which although popular was never really busy, despite it being August. We preferred the smaller pool but we were pleasantly surprised to find 3 smaller pools, an indoor pool and a kids pool. The rooms were a good size and were cleaned beautifully. Nice touch with the turning down service! Although the food at the hotel was great with an amazing selection, we ventured to some of the restaurants around the resort. Although few and far between they were great and again the service brilliant. Not a lot to do around but a bus service is just on the main road. We took a taxi to Lindos town and it was a nice change, more lively but we loved the peace of the hotel, it is a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the pools. We hope to go back and we have never done that before. A lot of effort to create a lush and green environment. The beach is pebbly but lovely.
Well done to the management and staff for ensuring a brilliant holiday.
Loved everything about the Harmony Suites
Modern, clean, with all new fittings
Superb Air con in every room
Staff are brilliant! Friendly, helpful , nothing's to much trouble
Fantastic views over Lindos and the Acropolis
We spent a week at the Lindos Royal with our family (2 adults, 2 children) during the Easter holiday, and had a terrific time. We had booked the hotel with and All-inclusive package for a very resonable price and, honestly, did not expect much, especially after reading the last couple of reviews on this page. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, the location is outright gourgeous, and how surprised were we when saw the dinner buffet at the first evening after our arrival! The food was outstanding with a wide selection of choices for all three meals and snacks in between. Service was quick and friendly. We really have no complaints whatsoever.
It is true though, that the animation program is tailored for the many French guests, it did not bother us though since we were not looking for this kind of entertainment. Both of our kids had a terrific time and enjoyed the various swimming pools. The only remark we have is that the playground needs to the updated and made a little safer for younger children.
All in all, we can say that if we ever return to Rhodos we will not look for another hotel. We already know were to stay!
Rhodes' prettiest village, Lindos is a compact hillside settlement of whitewashed houses, capped by a 14th-century hilltop fortress containing an ancient Greek temple. Below the village lies a lovely curving bay with a well-equipped sand beach. Lindos attracts countless day-trippers by day, but peace returns at sunset, with tavernas and cocktail bars offering upmarket wining and dining on romantic rooftop terraces overlooking the sea.
