"We have just come back from a truly amazing experience from all the team at Casa Cook! Anyone thinking of booking, we couldn’t recommend it enough- book!! You will not be disappointed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, an amazing selection at breakfast and dinner. Wish we stayed longer to try more of the food available. Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. "Room was clean - a little basic and could do with being updated but balcony was a good size with a view of the sea and pool. Staff were helpful and the pool was amazing. Great location too."

"The room was honestly the worst I’ve ever stayed in. We arrived after 11pm and on arrival, we went straight to our room. The block was so uninviting and rundown, I immediately had a sinking feeling. Then on opening the door it was worse than I could have imagined. I expected basic but the room was falling apart. Beds for children felt unsafe."
