"The property and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was we had reserved a cabin with the a loft and we ended up with a two bedroom cabin instead. Asked about being moved, but the cabin was booked. We never understood how we ended up in the cabin without the loft when that was what we had reserved. Other than that, we loved everything about Baker Creek was fabulous."

"We have stayed in many Fairmont hotel around the world and almost at all major town in Canada. This one is the least favorite one. The view is totally the best as we have to room overlooking to the center of lake louise. However, the room is old with brown sticky carpet and old brown wooden furniture. It did not reflect the luxury it supposed to offer. With this price and check in at 4pm plus parking is not included, I would recommend just came for a view and stay in Banff like our previous...

"We enjoyed our overall stay! We traveled with younger kids and our suite was perfect. I would recommend Lake Loiuse for its beautiful scenery, quietness and friendly staff. That said there is not much activites for families qith kids under 7yrs of age, specially whe. Alot of the trails were closed due to the icy pedway conditions. We still made it worth our stay, travelled to Banff and enjoy the outtings. "
