"Helpful staff and clean facility. We arrived early from a long overnight flight and we were allowed to check-in early. The hotel is close to the Fira metro station. However, it’s located in an area, that perhaps is up and coming, with new facilities being built nearby. There are not much shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms do not have microwave ovens and we were informed that there wasn’t a shared microwave oven that we could use. This was surprising, as this is something that hotels normally...
