The communication before hand was brilliant as I'd made a mistake filling in the online forms, this was rectified easily. I was apprehensive about the check in process being a machine outside as I was arriving around 10:30pm alone with 2 children. But it was quick and easy to check in and the machine issues your room key. Plus Gran Via 2 is right across the street so great shopping experience! Also near the metro and bus stop, there are many restaurants around the hotel.
