"We had 3 families with 7 teens total staying at this home and there was plenty of room for all. The kids enjoyed the decor, movie room and game room and the outdoor pool area with views was spectacular. The house has everything you need to cook for large parties and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Couldn't be happier with our choice."

"The house was beautiful. It was only 4 of us but could've fit a football team! The back patio with the heated pool, jacuzzi, lights and TV was so wonderful! There were complimentary drinks and coffee. It was a pure joy! The most impressive thing was the host replied in MINUTES with any questions! A FANTASTIC experience! "Great home with a great location to Disney and Universal. Plenty of space for our family of 9. Great place to get the family together...bath and bedroom for each adult couple and good space inside and out to gather for family meals and pool time. The themed rec room was fun although we didn't get much time to enjoy it. Would recommend and stay there again. Jane was wonderful to communicate with and also made sure there was space in the overflow parking for our RV. 5 stars!"

"My family and I drove up to Orlando to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday at Disney. This property was really pretty, it was so big and everyone felt so comfortable. Everyone had their own room, own bathroom. It was perfect. 30 mins away from Disney. The only thing that was a bit confusing & frustrating at first was the check in process. I don’t remember reading that we had to go to the main gate to get a parking pass for the property and we never received that address until I asked. But...

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"This house was unbelievable! We had 17people… 5,6,7,8.910,11, and 16…plus their parents and us the grandparents. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. Had nice beds and baths for everyone and the management was the best we have ever experienced. I would give it 10 stars if I could."

"Everything was great except for the restaurant inside. If you are running a business in a resort style setting you need to be prepared to actor to large amounts of people and accommodate them in a timely manor. Waiting almost 1.5 hours for a breakfast order is insane. "
