I liked the hotel, very comfortable and the room was decorated very nicely. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom pretty clean, but we didn't like the setup of the sink outside the bathroom, no privacy from the rest of the room. On the downside was a broken patio door on our room, didn't lock very well and the screen was missing so we couldn't sit on the balcony with the door open. Also the noise from the room upstairs was significant, you could hear footsteps from people walking back and forth well into the night. The front desk staff was pretty efficient but not friendly, they need to learn how to smile and make people feel welcome!
The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to harbor, dining, shopping. The hotel itself is very comfortable, nice room, clean. Don't count on the staff for anything. When we checked in the keys would not open the door, had to trek back to the desk and get new keys. Before I headed back to the room I noticed that these were a different kind of key card. I told the desk person and asked if this would have required another trip back to the desk and he said "yes it would have, sorry" so getting another set of key cards away I go back to the room only to find out it was not what I had booked and paid a premium for so back to the desk I go. Now requiring a manager to sort things out I finally get the room I paid for. Next, I tried to book discount ferry tickets and a Whale watching trip. It's not that the staff didn't try and I don't blame them, the effort was there. I believe it was lack of training or no training at all. The manager on duty was too busy (or too lazy) to come out and help and when he finally did he did nothing but berate the person for not working as a team to resolve things. I wound up booking ferry tickets on my own and was worth the extra cost just to have it done period! I would recommend the hotel for the cleaning staff was excellent and it is again in a great location just don't ask anyone a question (they couldn't even tell me what channel HBO was on) and if they tell you they will find something out and call you, don't hold your breath!
Three story hotel with two pools. They accommodated us in all requests. Clean, well maintained. Short drive to ferry to Nantucket. Wonderful restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Contnental Breakfast included eggs, bagels, yogurt, sweet rolls and cereal, juice. We would return!

My son and I were looking for a place to stay on Cape Cod one night on Memorial Day weekend. I found this one online. It turned out to be a very decent place to stay. I liked the breakfast selections and I liked the location and I liked the well-equipped comfortable room.
We checked in late after a 4 hour drive and the staff was more than accommodating. The guys at the front desk helped us find a restaurant to go eat and even offered to call around for more options. The room was beautiful, the spa tub was AMAZING! And after a long soak we sat outside and enjoyed the fire pit. This was by far my favorite Hilton I have stayed at.
Barnstable’s seven villages contain the Cape’s largest population. Tourists visit Hyannis Port for a peak at the Kennedy compound and can learn about the family’s Cape Cod ties at the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum. Yarmouth, comprised of three villages, is the second-oldest town on Cape Cod and dates back nearly 400 years. Sunbathing, golfing, sailing, shopping, and dining are popular activities.
